Experience Required 2-5 Years Study and analyze architectural structural and MEP drawings and BOQ for estimation purposes Experience of Study and preparation of BOQ Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bill of Quantities BOQ Prepare project cost estimates rate analysis and cost comparisons Collect quotations from vendors subcontractors and evaluate them for cost efficiency Assist in tendering process including preparation of technical and commercial bids Conduct site visits when required to verify quantities and assess actual site conditions Monitor material consumption and compare with estimated quantities Prepare cost variance reports and support project cost control activities Coordinate with planning procurement and execution teams for accurate cost tracking Maintain updated database of material rates labor costs and market trends Skills Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering 2-5 years of relevant experience in estimation costing or quantity surveying Solid knowledge of construction methods materials and industry standards Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and estimation software e g Candy CostX or similar Good analytical mathematical and negotiation skills Attention to detail with ability to work under tight deadlines Good communication and teamwork abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
