Role Description This is a full time role for a Chief Financial Officer located in Howrah The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis functions preparing and reviewing financial statements overseeing finance-related activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting This role involves developing budgets performing financial forecasting and leading the finance team in order to drive the company s financial strategy and growth Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership Develop and execute the financial strategy of the organization Advise the CEO and executive team on financial planning budgeting cash flow and policy matters Participate in corporate strategy development Financial Planning Analysis Oversee the preparation and approval of budgets forecasts and financial reports Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive profitability and growth Accounting Controls Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements Maintain internal controls and safeguard the company s assets Oversee all audit and internal control operations Capital Management Manage relationships with banks investors and external stakeholders Oversee capital structure funding strategies and investment activities Risk Management Identify and mitigate financial risks Ensure appropriate insurance coverage and legal compliance Team Leadership Lead mentor and develop the finance and accounting teams Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement Experience 15 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience Qualifications Skills in Financial Planning and Financial Forecasting Ability to make strategic and informed financial decisions Master s degree in Finance Accounting or related field MBA or CA is a plus Extensive experience in financial management preferably in a similar industry Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
