Job Title Accounts ManagerLocation Lower Parel MumbaiJob Type Full-timeExperience Required Minimum 3 yearsReporting To Finance Head Director Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial and accounting operations of our organization The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of accounting principles hands-on experience with Tally ERP and the ability to manage day-to-day financial activities ensure compliance and provide strategic financial insights Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the general accounting functions including but not limited to accounts payable audit general ledger and taxes Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards Maintain and monitor day-to-day bookkeeping using Tally ERP software Manage cash flow bank reconciliations and ensure timely vendor payments Handle GST TDS and other statutory filings and compliances Collaborate with external auditors for financial audits Support budgeting and forecasting activities Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements to ensure efficiency and risk mitigation Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for accurate accounting of purchases and expenses Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure data integrity Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Master s degree or CA Inter is a plus Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role Proficient in Tally ERP mandatory knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting software is a plus Solid understanding of accounting principles taxation and statutory compliances Strong analytical organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Preferred Skills Experience handling company audits and liaising with CA firms Knowledge of payroll accounting and employee reimbursements Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
