We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the Construction Division of our Co-operative Society The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and completion of residential and commercial construction projects ensuring quality cost-efficiency and timely delivery Responsibilities Plan manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and suppliers Prepare project budgets timelines and progress reports Ensure compliance with legal safety and environmental standards Monitor site activities and resolve technical issues promptly Report regularly to the management and ensure stakeholder satisfaction Job Type Full time Pay From 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
