Job Title Study Abroad Admissions Counselor Organization British Columbia College of Management BCCM Location Sector 2 Noida Employment Type Full-Time Salary 30 000 - 40 000 Based on experience Experience Required 2-3 Years Joining Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Overview BCCM is seeking an experienced and motivated Study Abroad Admissions Counselor with a strong background in EdTech sales and international education counselling The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admissions process for study abroad programs specifically in countries such as Germany France Italy and other popular destinations Key Responsibilities Counsel and guide students on overseas education opportunities admission requirements and country-specific visa processes Handle inquiries and convert leads into successful admissions through effective communication and follow-up Conduct admission counselling sessions telephonic virtual or in-person and maintain a strong conversion ratio Assist in application processing documentation and coordination with foreign universities Collaborate with internal teams and ensure smooth workflow from enquiry to enrollment Maintain and update student databases CRM tools and student records Conduct webinars seminars attend education fairs and support marketing campaigns Key Requirements 2-3 years of experience in EdTech sales admission counselling or overseas education consultancy Strong understanding of international education systems especially in Germany France Italy and other European countries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid sales and target-driven approach Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools Bachelor s or Master s degree in any field preferably in Education Humanities or Management Preferred Skills EdTech background Education career counselling Strong sales orientation Knowledge of visa and admission processes for European countries Fluent in English Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus
