Designation - Jr Engineer Job type - Full-time Experience - 4 years of experience Job Summary The Junior Engineer will play a vital role in supporting the execution of construction projects and assisting senior team members in ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and meet the required quality standards We are looking for individuals with a keen interest in real estate and construction Key Responsibilities Ensuring work executed is correct by checking of all activities as per drawing Recording the manpower available materials available at site and raising indent request for material required in coming days to avoid delays Estimation of Quantities of material required at site Ensuring work executed with Good Quality and Safely Maintaining all records of work executed and checked such as - checklist pour cards post concrete inspections material reconciliation bills and debit notes etc Support senior engineers in the planning design and execution of projects Perform basic calculations and analysis under supervision Assist in the preparation of reports drawings and specifications Identify and troubleshoot issues in projects or processes Monitor project progress and prepare status updates Maintain detailed project documentation including technical drawings and reports Assist in supervising construction activities to ensure they comply with the project specifications safety regulations and timeline Monitor daily progress and prepare reports for senior engineers or project managers Interpret project drawings blueprints and specifications to ensure proper implementation in office Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during project execution Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and equipment on-site Support in preparing reports including progress updates cost tracking and material usage Collaborate with contractors subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials Facilitate communication between the design team project management and site staff Ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications Conduct inspections and suggest improvements or corrective actions as needed Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field 4-5 years of experience in construction or a related field Basic knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint Familiarity with project management tools is a plus Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving skills with attention to detail Team-oriented and eager to learn Work Environment Work will involve both office settings and construction sites Must be willing to travel to project locations as required Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
