Key Responsibilities o Expand offline distribution network across multi-brand outlets MBOs in assigned territory o Onboard recent retailers and ensure effective product placement and visibility in stores o Introduce and successfully launch new product lines and seasonal collections to existing and new outlets o Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and store managers o Conduct regular store visits to monitor product display sales performance and stock availability o Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain clean credit records o Act as the face of the brand in the market ensuring goodwill and customer satisfaction o Provide timely feedback to the internal team on market trends competition and customer feedback o Work closely with the branding and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in-store Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Language Kannada Required Work Location In person
