Job Title Team Lead - International BPO US Healthcare Location Hinjewadi Pune Salary Range 6 - 8 LPA Joining Immediate joiners preferred Company Overview We are a leading US-based healthcare company with a strong presence in Pune Our mission is to deliver world-class healthcare support services with a focus on quality compliance and customer satisfaction Position Overview We are seeking a Team Lead with prior experience in managing teams in an International BPO setting preferably in the US healthcare domain The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with exceptional communication and leadership skills capable of driving performance and ensuring process excellence Key Responsibilities Lead manage and mentor a team of customer service executives or agents Monitor and drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs SLAs Handle escalations and ensure prompt issue resolution Conduct regular coaching feedback sessions and performance reviews Collaborate with operations and quality teams to maintain service quality Ensure process compliance and handle client interactions as needed Prepare reports and updates for senior management Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Lead in an International BPO Exposure to the US healthcare process is highly desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership and people management abilities Proficient in handling escalations and performance metrics Ability to work in night shifts US shift timings Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period Candidates currently in Pune or willing to relocate to Hinjewadi Pune preferred Work Workplace Work from office Hinjewadi Phase 1 Pune Dynamic inclusive and growth-driven culture Exposure to global healthcare processes Compensation 6 - 8 LPA based on experience and fit
