About the Company APM Projects Ltd is a leading renewable energy company focused on delivering high-quality solar power projects We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our solar projects ensuring on-time completion quality standards and compliance with all technical and safety requirements Job Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of solar project execution from site mobilization to commissioning The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience as a Site Incharge or Senior Engineer in solar projects with strong working knowledge of on-site operations construction management documentation and project controls Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth running of the solar project installation from start to finish Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering procurement quality assurance and safety Monitor project progress ensure adherence to schedule budget and quality standards Review prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as site reports progress reports DPRs quality checklists and safety records Liaise with clients contractors vendors and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and resolve site issues Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards safety regulations and project specifications Manage resource allocation including manpower materials and equipment at the project site Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays and cost overruns Conduct regular site inspections progress meetings and audits Facilitate smooth communication across all stakeholders and provide timely updates to senior management Support commissioning activities and facilitate handover of the completed project Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum 4 years of site-level experience as Site Incharge or Senior Engineer in solar power projects Strong knowledge of solar PV installation civil works electrical systems and grid integration Proven experience in project execution resource management and contract coordination Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Thorough understanding of project documentation and adherence to quality and safety standards Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with Indian solar energy regulations and industry standards Preferred PMP or equivalent project management certification Experience with construction management software or ERP systems Knowledge of environmental and safety compliance processes in solar projects How to Apply Please send your updated resume and a cover letter highlighting your site experience in solar projects to sureshchoudhary apmpower com Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location Remote
