Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination Develop detailed erection plans schedules and method statements for the installation of precast elements Site Preparation and Logistics Assess and prepare the site for precast element delivery and installation coordinating with various teams design production site personnel Equipment and Resource Management Ensure necessary equipment tools and materials are available on-site and in good working condition Safety Management Implement and enforce safety protocols conduct risk assessments and provide training to the erection crew on secure handling and installation practices On-Site Supervision Supervise the erection crew providing guidance support and ensuring adherence to plans and safety procedures Quality Assurance Monitor the erection process ensuring that all work meets quality standards and specifications Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of erection activities including daily progress reports material usage and any issues encountered Technical Expertise Provide technical support to the erection team resolving on-site challenges and ensuring effective work execution Coordination Collaborate with crane operators riggers and other personnel to ensure the safe and efficient lifting and placement of precast elements Inspections and Testing Assist in the inspection and testing of installed components to ensure alignment integrity and operational readiness Job Type Full-time Pay 333 271 14 - 1 460 478 14 per year Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
