Create and optimize CNC programs for horizontal vertical boring machines using G-code and or CAM software e g Siemens Fanuc Heidenhain Read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and technical specifications Set up tooling fixtures and machine parameters to ensure accurate machining Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to programs or machines Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments Maintain CNC machines and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and reduce cycle times Maintain accurate production and inspection records Programmer should know CNC boring machine VMC VTL etc machines Programming Knowledge atleast 5 years experience required Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
