We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our production equipment and facilities The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem-solver with a strong technical background and a commitment to safety and quality This role is crucial for minimizing downtime and keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly Key Responsibilities Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on a wide range of automotive manufacturing equipment including robotics CNC machines conveyors and assembly line systems Respond promptly to breakdowns and perform corrective repairs to get equipment back in operation quickly Troubleshooting and Repair Diagnose mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic issues Use technical manuals schematics and diagnostic tools to identify the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions Equipment Installation and Upgrades Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery Participate in projects to upgrade and improve existing systems to enhance performance and efficiency Facilities Maintenance Perform general maintenance tasks on the facility including lighting plumbing and other building systems Safety and Compliance Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including Lockout Tagout LOTO protocols Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations Documentation Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed using a Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS or other designated reporting methods Collaboration Work closely with the Maintenance Executive other technicians and production staff to identify maintenance needs and support production goals Inventory Management Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of spare parts and tools and report when supplies need to be reordered Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent a technical or vocational degree in a relevant field e g Industrial Maintenance Electrical Technology Mechanical Engineering is a plus Multiple years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferably in the automotive industry Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and procedures Experience with using hand and power tools as well as diagnostic equipment Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and schematics Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience with PLC Programmable Logic Controller programming and troubleshooting Certification in a relevant trade e g electrical welding Experience with a CMMS or similar maintenance management software Job Type Full-time Pay 8 086 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
