Job Title Curing Supervisor Project Type Mivan High-Rise Residential Projects Experience 2-5 Years Department Execution - Structures Reporting To Site Engineer QA QC Engineer Structural Incharge Job Responsibilities 1 Supervision of Curing Activities Monitor and ensure timely curing of all structural elements - slabs walls columns lift cores etc Follow curing schedules for each floor as per structural casting cycle Assign and guide curing labour teams for water ponding gunny bag covering or chemical curing methods 2 Quality Assurance Ensure proper curing duration is maintained to avoid cracks shrinkage or surface defects Avoid overexposure of fresh concrete to sun or wind without initial curing 3 Coordination Coordinate with site engineers and QA QC team to plan curing immediately after de-shuttering Maintain curing schedules floor-wise and notify teams of any delays or rework required 4 Safety Site Hygiene Ensure safe practices during water curing activities on high-rise structures Maintain cleanliness and avoid water spillage on walkways or electrical panels 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain daily curing logs for each floor and element slab wall column Submit curing status reports to site engineers for inspection and records Assist in closure of QA QC checklists related to curing compliance Key Skills Required Good knowledge of curing methods in Mivan construction Ability to manage curing teams and understand concrete behavior Basic understanding of structural sequence and safety norms Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month
