Job Title Technical Writer Department Marketing Communications Location Taloja MIDC Reports To Director - Sales Marketing Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team at Fine Finish Industries Pvt Ltd The ideal candidate will have a flair for transforming complex technical information into clear engaging content across various formats From quarterly newsletters to social media graphics the Technical Writer will play a key role in communicating our brand products and innovations to both technical and non-technical audiences Key Responsibilities Technical Documentation Prepare and maintain Technical Data Sheets TDS and Material Safety Data Sheets MSDS in consultation with R D and QA teams Collaborate with technical staff to extract accurate product information and present it in user-friendly language and format Marketing Content Creation Write and design content for product brochures presentations and corporate decks Draft quarterly newsletters covering product updates team achievements and industry trends Create taglines captions and copy for social media posts ensuring tone consistency and technical accuracy Design and Visual Content Use design tools e g Canva Adobe Illustrator etc to create visually appealing social media posts product spotlights and infographics Collaborate with the marketing team on brand-aligned content and campaign assets Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with R D Sales Quality and Design teams to ensure all materials are technically accurate and visually engaging Ensure timely updates and version control across all documentation and promotional materials Requirements Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering English Communications or a related field 2 years of experience in technical writing marketing communication or content creation preferably in the manufacturing chemical composites industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences Proficiency in design tools like Canva Adobe InDesign Illustrator Photoshop basic to intermediate level Solid project management skills and attention to detail Nice to Have Prior experience in chemical resin or electrical insulation industries Basic understanding of compliance requirements for product documentation like REACH RoHS etc Working knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram for B2B marketing What We Offer An opportunity to build and shape the voice of a growing Indian manufacturing brand A creative open and collaborative work environment Opportunities for upskilling in both technical writing and digital design Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Taloja Navi Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Technical writing 1 year Preferred English writing 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
