Role Description This is a Fulltime role at Chennai Tamil Nadu India for a US IT Recruiter The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for handling the full life cycle of recruitment for IT positions Daily tasks include sourcing candidates technical recruiting hiring and managing the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and attract suitable candidates Qualifications Full-life Cycle Recruiting IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills Experience in the hiring and recruiting processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage recruitment tasks remotely Prior experience in the IT industry or technical recruitment is a plus Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Job Type Full time Schedule Night shift
