Job Title Manager SCM Working Days Monday to Saturday Roles Responsibilities Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintainresources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies locatedin the company at sites and in the factory Warehouse Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimizeproduction reorder levels Analyzes current inventories and procedures suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain whileensuring quality and safety implements subsequent changes to processes Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention toconsolidation of warehousing and distribution Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing makesrecommendations to ensure efficient loading unloading movement and storage of materials Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers vendors and orlogistics partner Participates as an advisory member of the product development team providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies andmaterials Monitors the performance of suppliers assessing their ability to meet qualityand delivery requirements identifies and qualifies new suppliers incollaboration with other departments Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks andother issues Evaluate and report on KPIs Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly Resolve issues that come up e g delays in delivery accidents Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain e g use of trucks forklifts Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards Analysis of slow moving and obsolete stock and suggest to replenish stock Education and Experience Minimum 10 years and above years of experience Knowledge of ISO is a must Group level Experience is a mustShould have handled multiple SKQ Order Revenue Logistics EOU experience is a mustKnowledge of EXIM is a must Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 100 000 00 - 135 000 00 per year Advantages Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have the Knowledge of ISO EXIM is Should have handled multiple SKQ Logistics EOU Order Revenue Must know supplies and materials to optimize production reorder levels Analyzes current inventories and procedures ensuring quality and safety Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers vendors and or logistics partner assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments Work Location In person
