Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and experienced Design Engineer with a mechanical background to join our product development team The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in automotive component design particularly in brake and clutch systems for 4-wheelers Proficiency in SolidWorks Creo or similar CAD tools is essential Key Responsibilities Design and develop brake and clutch components and assemblies for 4-wheelers Create detailed 2D 3D models drawings and Bill of Materials BOM Apply GD T and DFM Design for Manufacturability principles Ensure compliance with automotive design standards and safety regulations Collaborate with production quality and R D teams to refine designs Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and basic FEA for critical parts Support prototype development and conduct design validation testing Maintain design records revision control and documentation Required Skills Qualifications B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design for automotive components Strong proficiency in SolidWorks Creo or AutoCAD Knowledge of braking and clutch mechanisms friction materials and actuation systems Hands-on experience with GD T Tolerance Analysis and Material Selection Familiarity with ISO TS automotive quality standards Good understanding of manufacturing processes like casting forging and machining Preferred Experience Experience in designing parts for OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers Exposure to testing and validation of automotive components Working knowledge of FEA tools like ANSYS is an added advantage Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
