About devolve by 6DegreesIT Devolve is a creative marketing agency based in Pune and Indore India We specialize in helping brands grow through strategic Social Media Management Branding Graphic Design UI UX Design and Digital Marketing As a sister company of 6DegreesIT with 18 years of experience in software and digital growth solutions we proudly serve clients across India and the globe from fashion to technology F B to agriculture and beyond At Devolve we believe in fresh ideas collaborative teamwork and nurturing creative minds to deliver impactful results Role Overview We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic UI UX Designer to join our Pune team In this role you will work on a wide variety of design projects from stunning social media creatives and packaging to engaging website and app interfaces You will work closely with the Marketing Team and directly under the CEO Founder collaborating on global projects that span industries and audiences If you love designing visuals that not only look beautiful but also enhance user experience stay updated with the latest design trends and enjoy bringing fresh user-centered ideas to life this role is for you Key Responsibilities Design high-quality visuals for social media packaging marketing materials logos and more Create intuitive engaging and visually appealing UI UX designs for websites and mobile apps Develop wireframes prototypes and user flows to bring ideas to life Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user-friendly designs Use multiple design tools and software to deliver pixel-perfect designs Adobe Creative Suite Figma Sketch Adobe XD or equivalent Work with Canva for social media posts and basic videos for client reels Keep up with current and future design trends bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions Work closely with clients from diverse industries on global-scale projects Communicate design ideas clearly and incorporate feedback efficiently Pitch creative concepts and contribute proactively to brainstorms Support marketing initiatives and be open to assisting with light social media tasks if needed Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic UI UX Designer Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar Strong understanding of UI UX principles responsive design and user-centered design practices Positive command of Canva for quick-turnaround social media graphics Ability to create basic video content for reels or social snippets Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic and UI UX projects Keen eye for detail color typography and layout Up-to-date with the latest design trends techniques and technologies Excellent communication skills fluent in English and Hindi reading writing speaking Positive attitude willingness to learn and a collaborative spirit Why Join Us Work with clients from all over the world across multiple industries Be part of a young dynamic and supportive creative team Direct mentorship under the CEO Founder Opportunity to pitch ideas and see your concepts come alive Learn grow and shape your career in a collaborative environment Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Fixed shift Work Location In person
