1) Manage end to end recruitment and selection process of Technical & Non-Technical for Real Estate Sector.
2) Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively identify potential candidates through social media (e.g., LinkedIn), job boards, professional networks, and career fairs.
3) Candidate Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
4) Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Manage the entire hiring process from posting job ads to negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process.
5) Data & Metrics Management: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
6) Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
7) Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
Requirements and skills:
1) Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4) A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
5) Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and skilled networks.
6) Excellent written and spoken English.

8) Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail.
