A merchant banking division is hiring for its ECM execution desk to manage the complete execution of transactions from mandate to listing.

Key responsibilities:

- Execution leadership: lead the end-to-end ECM transaction lifecycle from mandate to listing for main board IPOs and secondary fund raising
- Drafting and strategy: drive drafting strategy for offer documents with emphasis on disclosure integrity and complex regulatory structuring
- Regulatory liaison: spearhead SEBI and stock exchange interactions, interpreting technical circulars to secure critical deal clearances
- Due diligence oversight: oversee multi-disciplinary due diligence while serving as primary lead for C-suite stakeholders
- Team management: mentor execution teams, optimise resource allocation and uphold institutional quality controls
- Deal integration:



advise on deal feasibility during origination and supervise all pre-issue and post-issue workstreams

Experience and compensation are tiered by designation, from Senior Manager through to Senior Vice President, in the range of 12 to 30 LPA plus performance payout.

Candidate profile: 5+ years of hands-on ECM execution experience across main board issues, QIPs, preferential allotments and open offers. Robust SEBI process and documentation knowledge, prior leadership experience in merchant banking preferred, high ownership and detail orientation. Open to travel to client locations.
