- Diploma or degree holder in relevant discipline (B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics And Instrumentation Engineering).
- Robust understanding of electricity principles and welding practices.
- Proficiency in operating different types of welding machines and equipment.
