Preferred Candidate
- 1 -5 years of experience in brand-side procurement/purchasing.
- Experience in Perfume, Cosmetics, Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop vendors for packaging materials, raw materials, and accessories.
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor database.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for procurement requirements.
- Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely availability of materials.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and maintain robust supplier relationships.
