Job description

Noida-based international BPO is hiring for the US Collections Voice Process. We have immediate openings at both Executive and Team Leader levels.

Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant international voice or collections experience can apply. For Executive roles, candidates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered. For Team Leader roles, prior experience of handling a collections or voice team in an international BPO is required.

Salary:

- Collections Executive: up to Rs. 40,000 CTC per month, plus performance incentives and bonus
- Team Leader: Rs. 6 LPA to Rs. 9 LPA, based on experience and current CTC

Role and responsibilities

For Collections Executives:

- Handling outbound and inbound calls for US-based collections accounts
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers in line with client guidelines
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets

For Team Leaders:

- Managing and mentoring a team of 15 to 25 collections executives
- Driving team performance against collection targets and quality benchmarks
- Conducting daily huddles, coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Monitoring call quality and providing actionable feedback to agents
- Preparing and presenting performance reports to management
- Handling client calls, escalations and process updates
- Excellent English communication with a neutral accent
- International voice or collections experience preferred for Executive roles
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Team Leader experience for TL roles
- Comfortable with US shift timings and a target-driven setting
