Reports to : Team Lead

Qualification :

- Bachelors in Electrical /Instrumentation / Control / Electronics

Exp :

- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in automation engineering on PLCs.
- Working knowledge of Drives, PLC & MCC System Engineering.
- Sound Knowledge of Drives and PLC/DC .
- VDF (Variable Frequency Drives) experience/exposure is mandatory.

Contract Period : 1 year contract (Extendable) on 3rd party payroll

Shift TIme: 5 PM - 2 AM

Other benefits: Cab for pickup-drop, dinner, Shift Allowance

Job Purpose

Drive excellence in proposal engineering by developing cost-effective, high-quality automation and electrical solutions involving PLC/DCS, HMI/SCADA, VFDs, Panels (PCC/MCC), and Industrial Communication systems. Ensure timely and accurate proposal execution while enhancing team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client/RFQ requirements using Rockwell Automation and third-party products.
- Develop BOMs, effort estimations, and cost-effective solution pricing.
- Participate in client and internal discussions for scope and requirement gathering.
- Create scope summaries, presentations,



and proposal documents using standard tools.
- Deliver proposals on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Support knowledge sharing, process improvements, and collaboration with global and regional teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of technical, commercial, and financial information.

Key Competencies

- Strong technical knowledge of PLC/DCS, HMI/SCADA, VFDs, Servo Systems, Panel Design, and Industrial Networks (Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, DeviceNet).
- Experience in proposal preparation, estimation, costing, and solution design.
- Proficiency in proposal/business tools such as SharePoint, IFS, Track2Quote, MS Office, and MS Project.
- Understanding of commercial and financial concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to global work environments and remote customer interactions.
