Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and email.

- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related concerns.

- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

- Meet individual and team KPIs, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Key Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.

- Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility).
