We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Associate to counsel Indian nurses and working professionals regarding overseas career opportunities in Germany and Japan. The role involves lead generation, counselling, sales, follow-ups, and promoting German language training and overseas career programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective candidates through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Counsel nurses regarding job opportunities and career prospects in Germany.
- Promote German language training and Japan caregiving programs.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, conversions, and candidate data through CRM.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and training teams for smooth candidate onboarding.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Admission Counselling, Career Counselling, Inside Sales, or Overseas Education.
- Freshers with excellent communication and persuasive skills may also apply.
- Robust English communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
- Target-oriented with a passion for counselling and sales.
