Position: Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, promoting the company's electrical products and turnkey electrical solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate Leads: Identify and approach recent customers through field visits, calls, and referrals.
- Client Meetings: Meet contractors, builders, architects, industries, and corporate clients to understand their requirements.
- Sales & Promotion: Present the company's electrical products and services and convert inquiries into orders.
- Quotation & Follow-up: Prepare quotations and regularly follow up until the order is finalized.
- Customer Relationship: Build long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Target Achievement:



Meet monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
- Payment Collection: Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
- Reporting: Submit daily sales reports and update customer information in the CRM.

Required Skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products and projects.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of sales experience (Electrical industry preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
