Shift Timing: Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM IST

Technical Skill Requirements

- Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent knowledge in Software Technologies

Role and Responsibilities

- Provide support for lead/opportunity generation.
- Conduct calls, send emails, and connect via social media to generate leads.
- Schedule "first meetings" for sales/pre-sales.
- Conduct customer surveys.
- Identify participants for events.
- Bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.
- Well-versed with Lead generation, cold calling (70-100/day), outbound outreach via emails, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Should have experience selling IT services and be aware of IT technologies like Content Management System (CMS)



and eCommerce.

Required Skills

Sales Skills:

- Understanding of prospect (people we are calling into) roles
- Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Understanding of the US Market, various industries, seniority levels within a customer
- Basic understanding of sales process
- Experience working in Software Services Industry with good understanding of the technologies
