Role & responsibilities

- Review digital, OTT, and broadcast content to ensure compliance with client and platform Standards & Practices (S&P;) guidelines.
- Analyze audio and video content with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify, review, and flag content that violates quality, compliance, or platform-specific standards.
- Transcribe audio content accurately while preserving the original context and meaning.
- Create, edit, and synchronize subtitles and closed captions to match audio accurately.
- Perform quality checks (QC) on subtitles, captions, and content deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Apply client-specific workflows, protocols, and compliance guidelines across all assigned tasks.
- Research spellings, terminology, names, and contextual references to maintain linguistic accuracy.
- Ensure proper grammar, punctuation,



formatting, and language quality in all deliverables.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Communicate content, language, or technical issues proactively to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with managers and team members to resolve content-related queries and improve quality.
- Follow established SOPs, quality standards, and operational processes while handling high volumes of content.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, ownership, and consistency while making content compliance decisions.
- Continuously learn recent tools, workflows, and client-specific compliance requirements through training.
