We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong channel partnerships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. Experience in interior design, furniture, building materials, home dcor, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and manage a strong sales funnel through lead generation, referrals, market visits, and networking activities.
- Identify potential customers, including homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.
- Build and expand channel partner networks within the assigned geography to increase market reach and business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.




- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to sales closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with design, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 to 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in interiors, furniture, home improvement, or construction-related industries.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
