;Job Description ;Key Responsibilities

- ;Monitor and prevent Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs) such as CAUTI, CLABSI, VAP, and SSI.

- ;Conduct daily infection control rounds in wards, ICU, OT, OPD, and other clinical areas.

- ;Ensure compliance with hand hygiene, PPE usage, biomedical waste management, and isolation protocols.

- ;Collect, analyze, and maintain infection surveillance data and prepare reports.

- ;Implement infection control policies and SOPs as per NABH guidelines.

- ;Conduct infection control audits, inspections, and environmental surveillance.

- ;Coordinate with microbiology, nursing, housekeeping, CSSD, and clinical departments.

- ;Train and educate hospital staff on infection prevention practices and aseptic techniques.

- ;Monitor sterilization, disinfection, and cleaning procedures across departments.

- ;Investigate infection outbreaks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.





- ;Maintain documentation related to infection control activities and committee meetings.

- ;Participate in NABH audits, quality initiatives, and hospital accreditation activities.

;Qualification
- ;GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing

- ;Certification or training in Infection Control preferred

- ;Valid Nursing Registration
