Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with 4+ years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory regulations, and ERP/accounting software. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with applicable tax and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing reports.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including timely filing of returns.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Process employee reimbursements and ensure accurate expense accounting.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or other ERP/accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of payroll processing.
- Exposure to ERP implementation or automation projects.
- Understanding of internal controls and audit processes.
