We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Integration (BIB) Consultant with strong expertise in Business Integration Builder (BIB) and Employee Central integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting HR master data replication between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA.

Role & responsibilities :

- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Integration using Business Integration Builder (BIB).

- Configure and manage replication of Employee and Organizational Master Data from Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA.

- Support ECS4HCM add-on migration and ensure secure and accurate HR data replication.

- Configure and troubleshoot replication of employee master data, organizational data, positions, cost centers, and other HR objects.

- Gather business requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions aligned with business needs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders,



functional consultants, and technical teams for successful project delivery.

- Participate in testing, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support activities.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 78+ years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with strong expertise in Employee Central Integration (BIB).

- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA integration projects.

- Experience in ECS4HCM migration and HR master data replication.

- Good understanding of Agile methodology, backlog management, and user story prioritization.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project is preferred.

- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
