About the Role:

Role Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced DevOps / SRE Leader to drive platform engineering, cloud transformation, and regulatory compliance across enterprise-grade financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Platform Engineering Cloud Transformation
- Own DevOps architecture across AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, TGW, VPC)
- Manage multi-environment platform (DEV, QA, NFT, UAT, PROD)
- Lead enterprise workplace standardization and client onboarding

- DevOps Automation

- Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Lead GitHub migration and automation frameworks
- Develop AI-driven automation workflows

- DevSecOps, Compliance Governance

- Ensure Concord and DORA compliance
- Manage vulnerability remediation (WIZ, Fortify, Mend)




- Maintain security standards and patching cycles

- Kubernetes Infrastructure

- Manage EKS lifecycle and upgrades
- Implement autoscaling (HPA, VPA, Karpenter)
- Lead ARM/Graviton migration

- Observability Operations

- Implement monitoring (Splunk, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
- Ensure platform reliability and incident management

- Leadership

- Lead global DevOps/SRE team
- Drive roadmap execution and stakeholder communication
