- Log, track, and manage people-related, in-house, and client project issues using issue-tracking software
- Understand, analyze, and verify reported issues to ensure accurate documentation
- Follow and ensure closure of issues within the defined issue lifecycle and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project management activities
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress
- Conduct project and process audits to ensure compliance with defined standards
- Prepare audit reports and suggest process improvements
- Provide software usage and process-related training to employees
- Maintain proper documentation for issues, audits, and trainings
- Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders
