Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple dental clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving financial performance, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction across all assigned locations.

Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee the operations and performance of multiple dental clinic locations.
- Drive business growth, revenue, and profitability across the assigned region.
- Monitor clinic performance through operational and financial reports.
- Coach, train, and develop Clinic Managers and office staff to improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Support daily clinic operations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze clinic performance and implement action plans for underperforming locations.
- Monitor patient scheduling, clinic workflow, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and promptly address patient concerns.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain high-performing clinic managers and team members.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinic managers, and support staff.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to implement process improvements and achieve organizational goals.




- Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 7 years of experience managing multiple locations, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
- Experience in hiring, coaching, and mentoring employees.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial reporting.
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and implement performance improvement plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
