The Team:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer Lead with over 12 years of experience in software development to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This role is essential for guiding a team of developers, driving best practices, and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

- Lead the design and development of software applications using C# (.NET Framework, .NET Core) and Python for backend development and scripting.

- Oversee the creation and integration of RESTful APIs using C# (ASP.NET) and Python, ensuring efficient communication between frontend and backend systems.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to implement responsive web applications utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.

Database Management:

- Manage and optimize relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

AI and Data Processing:

- Leverage AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch) to implement machine learning models and predictive analytics.

- Utilize Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy) for data processing and analysis to derive meaningful insights.

Version Control and Development Tools:

- Utilize Git for source code management, ensuring effective collaboration and version control among team members.

- Work with development tools and IDEs such as Visual Studio (C#) and PyCharm/VS Code (Python),



managing dependencies with build tools (NuGet, pip).

Testing and Debugging:

- Guide the team in writing unit and integration tests (NUnit for C#, pytest for Python) to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Employ strong debugging skills to identify and resolve issues throughout the development process.

Cloud Services:

- Deploy web applications and AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Foster effective collaboration within cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews and adhering to Agile practices.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding among team members and stakeholders.

Adaptability and Continuous Learning:

- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What are we looking for:

Basic Required Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of experience in software development, with a robust focus on backend and frontend technologies.

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; masters degree preferred.

- Proficiency in programming languages (C#, Python) and familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).

- Strong understanding of database management, AI tools, and cloud services.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

- Knowledge of web application security principles and best practices.
