Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with strong expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through comprehensive test planning, execution, and automation. Automation testing experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and DevOps teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, test data, and test execution reports.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Analyze test results, identify quality risks, and provide recommendations for improvements.




- Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and testing methodologies.
- Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in Automation Testing (Mandatory).
- Experience with automation tools such as:
- Selenium WebDriver
- Cypress
- Playwright

- Experience in API testing and automation.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Knowledge of Git and version control practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Performance testing experience using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Experience testing cloud-based applications (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant QA/Automation certifications will be an added advantage.
