We are currently hiring for an IBM BPM Developer role with VLink India Pvt. Ltd. based in Noida.
Please find the requirements below:
- 3+ years of experience in the IT industry with IBM BPM / IBM BAW
- Hands-on experience with IBM BPM v8.x or higher and IBM BAW v18.0.0.2 or higher
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing business processes using IBM BPM/BAW
- Experience developing and integrating applications using REST and SOAP/XML web services
- Good knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and workflow automation
- Experience in gathering business requirements and participating in requirement gathering sessions
- Ability to perform technical design, development, enhancement, and customization of BPM applications
- Experience in configuring and deploying Business Integration modules
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for IBM WebSphere Process Server application issues
- Experience conducting unit testing, system testing, and supporting UAT activities
- Ability to perform technical design reviews and code reviews while following development best practices
- Experience maintaining and enhancing existing BPM applications
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
