We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of our custom-built ERP system covering Sales, Purchase, Finance, Inventory, Production, Planning, Fixed Assets, Pre-Sales CRM, and Post-Sales CRM modules.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in ERP project delivery, excellent leadership skills, and strong expertise in both the functional and technical aspects of ERP solutions.

In addition to project management responsibilities, the candidate should possess excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling pre-sales product demonstrations to prospective customers, effectively showcasing the ERP solution and addressing business requirements. When required, the candidate should also be capable of conducting post-sales demonstrations, user walkthroughs, and solution presentations for clients during implementation, training, or support phases to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership & Delivery

Manage end-to-end ERP implementation, customization, and upgrade projects.

Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams,



and senior leadership.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Facilitate requirement workshops, UAT sessions, and sign-off processes.

- Technical Expertise

Oversee ERP customization, integrations (APIs, third-party apps), and database management.

Ensure adherence to software development best practices

Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and reliability.

- Functional & Domain Knowledge

Provide functional oversight for ERP modules: Sales, Purchase, Finance, Inventory, Production, Planning, Fixed Assets, CRM (Pre & Post Sales).

Collaborate with business users to streamline workflows and automate processes.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.

- Team Management

Lead cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, QA testers, and support staff.

- Risk & Quality Management

Identify risks and define mitigation strategies.

Establish project governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures.

Conduct project reviews, audits, and quality checks.
