We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can produce engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, performance marketing campaigns, corporate branding and events. The ideal candidate should combine robust editing skills with AI-powered content creation capabilities.

Position: Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

Location: Noida (Sector 90), Lucknow
Package: 3 to 6 LPA

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos and promotional films.
- Create motion graphics, animated titles, transitions and visual effects.
- Edit interviews, podcasts, customer testimonials, property walk through and event videos.
- Produce high-converting video advertisements for Meta, Google and YouTube campaigns.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement and subtitle integration.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, photographers and marketing teams.
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient media library.
- Deliver high-quality content within defined timelines.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and CorelDRAW.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Figma and Canva.
- Ability to edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn and digital advertising.
- Basic motion graphics,



text animations, transitions and kinetic typography.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, colour theory, branding and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating creatives and videos for Meta, Google, YouTube and other digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, Runway, Kling AI, Pika or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted image generation, image editing, background replacement, object removal and AI-powered video creation.
- Ability to write effective prompts for AI-assisted design and video workflows.
- Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, codecs and export settings for different digital platforms.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving ability and time management.
- Good communication, teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years of experience in video editing, digital marketing or media production.
- Experience creating performance marketing videos with measurable campaign results.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Blender or Cinema 4D will be an added advantage.
- Drone footage editing experience is preferred.
- Candidates actively using AI tools in their editing workflow and portfolio will be preferred.
