- Experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing.
- Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen, TN, EAD, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in US IT staffing is preferred.
