Position: SAP Techno Functional Data Migration Manager

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Data Migration Manager / Techno-Functional Data Architect to lead complex data transformation and migration strategies across SAP landscapes. The role focuses on delivering clean, scalable, and compliant data migration solutions aligned with S/4HANA transformation programs, including greenfield, brownfield, and blue field implementations.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Architect end-to-end SAP data migration solutions aligned with Clean Core principles
- Lead greenfield, brownfield, and bluefield S/4HANA transformations
- Design ETL solutions using BODS, Syniti ADM/ADMM, and LTMC
- Drive PP-based data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ solutioning and effort estimation
- Define data governance, quality, and cleansing frameworks
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and integration teams
- Manage global delivery teams and stakeholders





Skills and Attributes for Success

- 14+ years of SAP experience with focus on data migration
- Strong expertise in BODS, Syniti ADM/ADMM, LTMC
- Deep SAP PP functional expertise
- Experience in ETL design, data mapping, and reconciliation
- Knowledge of S/4HANA transformation programs
- Robust stakeholder management and consulting skills

Ideally, You'll Also Have

- SAP S/4HANA or Data Migration certifications
- Syniti or SAP BODS certification
- Experience in data governance frameworks
