- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify recent business opportunities and initiate lead generation activities

- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets
- Support team members in achieving monthly/quarterly/yearly goals

• Relationship Management

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
- Engage in joint fieldwork to support Unit Heads, FLS & advisors

- Provide training and support to improve advisor efficiency & effectiveness
