About the Company

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and well-learned Graphic Designer with a graduate degree qualification who can translate complex technical and scientific concepts into clear, professional, and visually compelling designs. The role requires both creative excellence and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality visuals for :
- Corporate presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
- Marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, catalogues, banners)
- Website graphics, landing pages, and UI visuals
- Social media creatives and digital campaigns
- Technical diagrams, infographics, and process visuals

- Understand biotech, agriculture, greenhouse, hydroponics, and engineering-related content and convert it into professional designs
- Maintain and evolve the company brand identity across all platforms
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files with proper specifications
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in all deliverables
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards





Required Qualifications

- Masters degree in :
- Graphic Design
- Visual Communication
- Design/ Fine Arts/ Multimedia

or a related field

- Strong academic background with a deep understanding of design principles
- Well-learned, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in :
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Coral Draw
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After effects
- Adobe Premier pro
- Canva (for quick marketing outputs)
- Figma

- Strong understanding of :

- UI/UX design
- Typography, colour theory, layout systems

- Ability to handle both creative and corporate/technical design work
