Key Responsibilities

- Perform platform reconciliations by matching sales, commissions, fees, refunds, and settlements with accounting books across multiple e-commerce marketplaces and payment gateways, including Amazon, Shopify, Paytm, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, and the company website.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST regulations, TDS deductions, tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor inventory valuation, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and analyze profitability by SKU, product category, and sales channel.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, cash flow reports, revenue forecasts, and management reports (MIS).
- Prepare claim sheets and reconcile marketplace claims, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Monitor and resolve payment disputes, returns, chargebacks, and settlement discrepancies with marketplaces and payment gateways.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities through financial analysis and reporting.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Technical Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, and financial reporting).
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software such as JDE (JD Edwards), QuickBooks, Logic ERP, or similar accounting systems.
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, inventory accounting, and financial reconciliations.
