Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Academic Program Manager to oversee academic planning, test operations, student performance initiatives, content management, and academic compliance across multiple programs. The role requires strong coordination with Academic, Content, Operations, Faculties, and Center teams to ensure the timely execution of academic activities and the achievement of organizational goals.

The candidate will be responsible for managing academic calendars, test readiness, attendance improvement initiatives, scholarship exams, student performance programs, content repositories, and continuous process improvements while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage academic planners, syllabus tracking, and audits.

- Drive execution of CPR, Rising Star, and student engagement programs.

- Ensure end-to-end readiness and execution of tests (Regular, AITS, Mission Series, Scholarship Tests, etc.).

- Monitor and improve student test attendance and performance.

- Manage content repositories, DPP solutions, and academic resources.

- Track and resolve test errata and feedback within SLA.

- Coordinate course launches, academic calendars, and material dispatch.

- Prepare MIS, dashboards, reports, and support leadership with ad-hoc projects.
