What is the work?

- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for international clients on assigned projects
- Manage day-to-day client communication through emails, calls, and regular status updates
- Handle and resolve client escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Track project progress, monitor milestones, and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and take swift corrective actions
- Ensure clear documentation and reporting of project status and deliverables

What skills and experience are we looking for?

- Minimum 8 years of experience in an IT software development company of handling web / mobile-based projects e.g. AI, ML, RPA, .Net, Java, etc.




- Proven experience managing teams of software developers and cross-functional teams
- Strong experience in client communication and stakeholder management
- Should have experience of handling at least 3 big sized projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience dealing with international clients
- Demonstrated ability to handle project escalations and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High level of accountability and ownership
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
