Role Summary:

TechRyde is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with a strong background in finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting processes, and in-depth knowledge of GST and TDS compliance. Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and end-to-end bookkeeping
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS and PF compliance
- Coordinate with stakeholders for compliance and reporting
- Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and support management in decisionmaking
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal financial controls




- Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in accounting operation
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, statutory deductions, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Hands-on experience in DSC registration and management across TRACES, Income Tax, EPFO, and MCA portals.

Required Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate/MNC environment
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Valuable command of written and spoken English
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus).
