Job Role: Customer Service Executive – Collection & Recovery

Location: Sector 57, Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound collection calls.

Follow up with customers for overdue payments.

Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer queries professionally.

Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.

Eligibility:

Graduate / Undergraduate.

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

DRA Certification is Mandatory.

Immediate joiners preferred.
